Hi, my name is Judy Sheets. I work in the exciting Culinary Arts program. I received my journeyman papers after completing an 3 year apprenticeship program at BCIT in Vancouver. I have a varied background in the food service industry, allowing me to show our students different skills used throughout the industry.
