Information on School Fee Invoices

School Fee invoices will be released on Monday October 1st via School Cash Online.  All fees for Semester 1 are due to be paid by Oct. 31, 2018.  You may choose to pay for Semester 2 option courses at a later date in consideration of possible timetable changes.  Semester 2 options must be paid by Feb. 1, 2019.

The preferred method of payment is utilizing School Cash Online and most of our school population is currently set up and finding this to be very efficient and effective for them.  If you have not already set up your account you can click on the following link to get started right away.

In order to pay your student’s fees online you will need their Power School ID number which is located on their timetable.  Once you set up your login you will be ready to make online payments at the following link:

Major credit cards and e-checks are accepted methods of payment.  School Fee payments are also accepted at our office in the form of cash, credit card or debit payments.

If you received a GST rebate for the Base Year 2017 you may choose to submit an application to have your child’s optional fees waived upon the principal’s approval.  This application must be made each year and we encourage that it be done as soon as possible in order to clear the account.
