Food drive and “Turkey Bowl” football game!
Please join Chargers Football in their annual food drive and “Turkey Bowl” football game on Oct. 10 at 6:00 p.m., competing both on and off the field with the W.H. Croxford Cavaliers at Ed Eggerer Athletic Park. Fans are asked to bring food drive items benefitting the Airdrie Food Bank to the game, where two trucks will be set up to collect items from each teams’ fans. Donations also can be made online by choosing “Chargers Football Fans” on the food bank website. Let’s continue the Charger tradition of bringing in the most food and money for the food bank! The winning school gets bragging rights and a chance to photograph the other school’s principal wearing the winning jersey.
